Fantastic service! Went there to simply get some new cartridges, and they ended up troubleshooting and fixing my printer - will only ever go back there from now on! Thanks very much for your help, not often you see service like that anymore.

I regularly buy my toner cartridges from Cartridge World as I am keen to support local businesses rather than getting my printers and toner cartridges online. Henry offers excellent customer service in the following ways. He offers value for money products with an honest assessment of printers and toner cartridges. He listens to the customer. He is knowledgeable about his product without being pushy and will give you the information to make an informed decision. I spent a bit more on a Canon laser printer (which I am really happy with) because Henry offered to install the printer and gave me a tutorial on how it works (a service I've rarely had in the past and one which I really appreciated). Just had a fantastic experience at cartridge world Joondalup. Henry was very polite, and very helpful. Great range of stock and even though I am a big brawny bloke, Henry even carried my box of toner cartridges out to the car for me.
