Since they have put in place the use of a rechargeable card, where they refuse my money unless I charge it onto their card for printing, I have stopped going to Officeworks for any reason.While I have been considering buying a printer, I have been taking my business elsewhere.

Seriously Ofticeworks when you do a click and collect do I still need to follow the queue to the cashier to show my order number and then wait for item? This is not the first time but seems a regular Occurrence at this store . PS I am a business customer

You could not get better service anywhere than I have received from my recent visits to Cartridge World Wembley, Sharon and her Team are all excellent, I wish I had tried these guys earlier. My only choice in Perth for anything Printer.

I didn't catch his name but the guy at the printing kiosk couldn't have been more patient or professional as I bumbled through trying to print stuff out. Thanks mate.

15/03/2019: I went into Cartridge World Armadale a couple of weeks ago to buy ink for my fathers printer (who is 84 years old) and for my own. I usually shop at officeworks (as they are cheaper) but wanted to support small and local business.I spent over $150 on ink for the printers and when I took the cartridges home and installed on my fathers printer, it would not print correctly. I did ring the store and spoke to the owner, whom at the time was helpful advising that its generally the printer head that can become faulty, and to clean that and try again.Since doing so, the printer still does not work. I have looked online to be able to purchase the same model printer so I can use the cartridges, however the printer is no longer available.I once again contacted Cartridge World to see if he knew of any other model printer in which the ink cartridge would fit, but was advised not anymore, and that if I could not find the same printer online, it was unfortunate luck.I asked him what my options were since I have 5 new printer cartridges (4 opened as I put them in the printer to be used) but not actually used, and he advised me nothing. Basically its hard luck as he can not do anything with the cartridges once they have been opened.As I do understand he would not be able to re-sell these, and as as owner of two small businesses myself - and for the fact the ink was actually for a pensioner over 80, i would have thought maybe a PARTIAL store creditcould be provided for my father, did not even ask for the full amount!!Unfortunately not. In fact, the response I received was I gave you more than I would usually" - as he spent time on the phone with me - about 3 minutes if that in total to tell me he couldn't assist.I am all for supporting small business
